This market will resolve to "Yes" if Polymarket has at least the specified daily mindshare, as shown on the Kaito Information Markets Arena page (https://kaito.ai/mindshare-arena/infomarkets) at any point between market creation and June 30, 2026 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Only finalized daily results from the Polymarket mindshare percentage shown on the Kaito Info Markets page at https://kaito.ai/mindshare-arena/infomarkets, specifically the daily values for Polymarket under 'Historical Data', will be used to resolve this market. Values will be considered final once the value for the subsequent day has been released.

The resolution source for this market is the Kaito Info Markets page found at https://kaito.ai/mindshare-arena/infomarkets. If this resolution source is unavailable at check time, this market will remain open until the Kaito Info Markets page comes back online and resolve based on the first check after it becomes available. If it becomes permanently unavailable, this market will resolve based on the latest available data.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if credible reporting confirms that any entity enters into an agreement to acquire the listed company by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Mergers where the listed company is subsumed by another entity will count toward a "Yes" resolution.

An announced agreement between the listed company and an acquiring entity will qualify for a “Yes” resolution, regardless of whether the acquisition is ultimately completed.

The primary resolution source for this market is official information from the listed company and/or its leadership; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

Which companies will be acquired before 2027?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if, by April 15, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, the IRS or U.S. Department of the Treasury publishes formal guidance classifying losses from CFTC-regulated sports event contracts as subject to the 90% loss cap under Section 165(d) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (Public Law 119-21). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For purposes of this market, sports event contracts are contracts whose payoff is determined by the outcome, score, or statistical result of an athletic competition listed on a CFTC-designated contract market or swap execution facility.

Qualifying guidance must be published in the Internal Revenue Bulletin or the Federal Register as a Revenue Ruling, Revenue Procedure, IRS Notice, IRS Announcement, final or temporary Treasury Regulation, or proposed Treasury Regulation that remains published without withdrawal for at least 30 calendar days after its Federal Register publication date. Guidance qualifies if it expressly applies Section 165(d) to such contracts or classifies them as wagering transactions for federal income tax purposes. Guidance classifying sports event contracts as wagering solely for purposes of Section 4401, Section 6041, Section 3402(q), or other Code sections that do not bear on the deductibility of losses does not qualify. Non-qualifying actions include Private Letter Rulings, Chief Counsel Advice, Tax Court decisions, IRS official statements, Congressional testimony, and web-based publications not appearing in the Internal Revenue Bulletin or Federal Register. A final and non-appealable decision of the U.S. Supreme Court holding that CFTC-regulated sports event contracts are subject to Section 165(d) also qualifies for resolution.

This market will resolve to "No" if qualifying guidance is withdrawn, modified into non-qualifying form, or superseded by non-qualifying guidance before April 15, 2027; if federal legislation repeals Section 165(d) or exempts CFTC-regulated sports event contracts from its application; if federal legislation establishes a tax treatment for sports event contracts incompatible with Section 165(d) prior to qualifying guidance being issued; or if the CFTC prohibits the listing of sports event contracts on all CFTC-designated contract markets before any qualifying guidance is issued.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Supreme Court of the United States grants certiorari in a case explicitly concerning the legality, regulation, or jurisdictional authority over sports event contracts by July 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

A case qualifies if it addresses at least one of the following: (1) whether contracts based on sporting event outcomes constitute regulated derivatives under the Commodity Exchange Act; (2) whether federal regulation via the Commodity Futures Trading Commission preempts state-level gambling laws as applied to such contracts; or (3) whether sports event contracts offered by federally licensed markets may legally be offered, restricted, or prohibited by federal or state authorities.

The certiorari grant must be publicly confirmed via the official SCOTUS docket or orders list, and verifiable through credible legal reporting or the Supreme Court’s official website. The case does not need to be heard, scheduled, or decided to qualify.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if any bill with the effect of banning CFTC-regulated prediction markets from offering sports betting contracts is signed into law by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Any bill that prohibits federally regulated prediction markets from offering sports betting contracts, or otherwise places such activities under state-level gambling regulation rather than federal regulatory oversight, will qualify for a “Yes” resolution.

Qualifying legislation may include joint resolutions and must pass both the House and the Senate, and must be signed by the President, become law without signature while Congress remains in session, or become law through veto override. Presidential pocket vetoes that expire resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US federal government and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC); however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Based’s cumulative Polymarket revenue is equal to or greater than the value specified in the title by December 31, 2026 ET. Otherwise, the market will resolve to “No”.

This market will resolve as soon as the cumulative revenue shown on the dashboard is equal to or greater than the value specified in the title, or once the value for Dec 31, 2026 is finalized and no earlier value has met or exceeded that threshold.

If the resolution source becomes permanently unavailable, the market will resolve based on on-chain data, Based official communication, or other reliable crypto sources.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed Designated Contract Market (DCM) self-certifies sports-related event-based contracts with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) between market creation and June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The primary resolution source will be official information released by the CFTC or the respective DCM; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
